FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Design and planning

06 questions
01Do you provide stall design and fabrication?

Yes. We provide complete exhibition stall services, including concept design, 3D views, fabrication, branding, installation, electrical work, dismantling, and post-event support.

02Can you show examples of your previous work?

Yes. We can share our portfolio, photographs, videos, client references, and examples of stalls designed for similar industries or exhibitions.

03Can you design the stall according to our brand guidelines?

Yes. We use your logo, brand colours, fonts, product images, messaging, and corporate guidelines while preparing the design.

04What information do you need from us?

We normally require the stall dimensions, booth number, exhibition name, event dates, objective, product details, brand guidelines, preferred design style, required facilities, and approximate budget.

05Can you design a stall for a small or unusual space?

Yes. We can design stalls for shell schemes, island booths, corner booths, peninsula booths, inline booths, and irregular spaces. The layout will be planned according to visitor movement and available area.

06Can you include a meeting room, storage room, pantry, reception counter, or product display?

Yes. These facilities can be included depending on the stall size and the client’s requirements. The design must balance private meetings, product visibility, storage, and visitor movement.

Cost and quotation

05 questions
07What is the cost of an exhibition stall?

The cost depends on the stall area, design complexity, materials, branding, furniture, lighting, audio-visual equipment, venue charges, transportation, and installation requirements. We provide a detailed quotation after reviewing the stall layout and requirements.

08Can you work within our budget?

Yes. We can prepare a design and material specification according to your budget. We may offer alternative materials, modular construction, rental furniture, or reusable elements to control costs.

09What is included in your quotation?

The quotation should clearly mention design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, electrical work, transportation, installation, dismantling, taxes, venue charges, and any exclusions.

10Are GST, exhibition charges, and electricity charges included?

These items depend on the quotation. We clearly identify whether GST, organiser charges, venue permissions, electricity, internet, cleaning, rigging, and material-handling charges are included or charged separately.

11What are your payment terms?

Typical payment terms may include an advance at the time of confirmation, a second payment before fabrication or dispatch, and the balance before or after installation. The exact schedule is mentioned in the quotation or work order.

Materials and quality

04 questions
12What materials do you use?

Depending on the design, we may use MDF, plywood, laminates, acrylic, aluminium profiles, glass, fabric graphics, vinyl, carpets, raised flooring, LED walls, lightboxes, and modular display systems.

13Is the stall reusable?

Some stalls can be designed for reuse at future exhibitions. Modular elements, counters, display shelves, branding frames, and furniture can often be reconfigured for different booth sizes.

14Will the final stall look exactly like the 3D design?

We aim to match the approved 3D design as closely as possible. However, minor changes may be required because of venue regulations, material availability, structural requirements, or last-minute organiser instructions.

15Do you provide fire-retardant materials?

Where required by the venue or organiser, we use suitable fire-retardant materials and follow the applicable exhibition safety requirements. The exact specification should be confirmed before fabrication.

Execution and event support

09 questions
16How long does stall fabrication take?

The timeline depends on the stall size and complexity. A basic stall may require less time, while a custom stall with meeting rooms, heavy branding, AV equipment, or special structures requires more planning. It is best to confirm the project several weeks before the exhibition.

17Do you manage installation and dismantling?

Yes. Our team can manage transportation, on-site installation, final finishing, inspection, dismantling, and removal after the exhibition.

18Will someone be available during the exhibition?

Yes, event-day support can be provided for repairs, electrical issues, branding changes, lighting problems, cleaning coordination, or other urgent requirements. The level of support should be specified in the quotation.

19Do you arrange furniture and audio-visual equipment?

Yes. We can arrange reception counters, chairs, tables, sofas, bar stools, display showcases, LED screens, TVs, laptops, sound systems, spotlights, and other items, either through rental or purchase.

20Can you arrange product transport and storage?

Yes, if requested. We can coordinate transportation to the venue, loading and unloading, temporary storage, and movement of products or display equipment. These services should be quoted separately where applicable.

21Who obtains the organiser’s approval?

We can assist with submitting stall drawings, electrical layouts, structural details, and other required documents to the exhibition organiser. The client remains responsible for providing accurate company and product information.

22What happens if the venue changes the stall design?

If changes are required because of organiser rules, height restrictions, fire-safety requirements, or neighbouring stalls, we will discuss the impact on design, timeline, and cost before making major changes.

23What happens if there is damage during the event?

We provide reasonable repair support for fabrication-related issues caused by normal installation or use. Damage caused by visitors, client staff, misuse, or third parties may be chargeable.

24Can you provide a post-event report?

Yes. We can provide photographs of the completed stall, dismantling confirmation, inventory details, lead-generation support, and suggestions for improving the next exhibition presence.
